The Team

Kelly Mothershead

Kelly is the owner of A Focus on Fitness. She is a certified Ideal Protein Diet coach and Ideal Protein Regional Development Consultant. She is an NASM Certified Fitness Trainer, and Elite Trainer with ISSA and and ISSA certified specialist in Performance Nutrition with a specialty certification in Breast Cancer recovery exercise.

Kelly has worked with numerous local television and radio personalities and was a features personal trainer a local television station “Couples Weight loss challenge”. Kelly is the “Member of the Year” for Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce and also serves as an ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, she is a member of Rotary International and President of the Wesley Chapel Rotary Club.

Kelly is volunteer Team Development Chair for the American Cancer Society-Relay for life of Wiregrass, volunteer at the Center for Women in Tampa and President for the Northeast Tampa Women in Business. Kelly offers one on one personal fitness training, group fitness training, group fitness boot camp classes and zumba classes. Kelly is a certified CPR/AED and First Aid instructor and offers corporate health and wellness programs that include Ideal Protein weight loss solution, exercise, nutrition, group classes, lifestyle coaching and all aspects of health and wellness.

Derek Pratten

Derek is a Native Floridian, Derek first came to Tampa in 2003 to attend the University of South Florida. He has a huge love of all sports, having played anything from soccer and baseball to volleyball and ultimate frisbee. Also loves being active outdoors in nature doing such activities as hiking through the mountains of Alaska, or kayaking down the rivers of Montana. Derek first set his eye on the fitness world when he joined a Crossfit gym in the summer of 2012.

Derek quickly realized this was his true calling and became a NASM personal trainer at the end of 2013. Now, he works as a trainer at A Focus On Fitness doing both personal training sessions and a weekly HIIT FIT group class. Derek focuses on training clients with constantly varying functional movements using the High Intensity Interval training technique.

Patricia “PJ” Lemle-Travis

PJ is here to help you with alterations and all your sewing needs. But did you know that PJ is also trained as an Ideal Protein diet coach.

She has a lot of experience and can assist you with weigh-ins, food orders and answer your questions. She is here Wednesday’s, Friday’s and Saturday’s. Stop in and see her!

Sabrina DiRoma

Sabrina is originally from Santa Cruz, Ca where she grew up being a competitive dancer and cheerleader. She has always had a love for working out and eating healthy.

She is married and has a three year old little boy. Sabrina is enjoying teaching her son about healthy living. Sabrina started with us in 2015, if you haven’t met her yet, she is the spunky one, with ever changing hair color!

The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
